Tourmaline Home Care partners with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, senior communities, and community organizations to provide reliable non-medical in-home care for seniors and adults in Central North Carolina.

When a patient or client needs additional support at home, our team helps create a safe, structured plan that promotes independence, dignity, and peace of mind.

Who We Support

We accept referrals for seniors and adults who may benefit from non-medical home care due to:

  • Age-related decline or mobility changes

  • Need for personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)

  • Increased fall risk or safety supervision needs

  • Dementia or memory-related conditions (non-medical support)

  • Caregiver stress/burnout and need for respite

  • Post-hospital transition support (non-medical assistance only)

  • Companion & sitter services

  • Respite care for family caregivers

  • Meal preparation & light housekeeping

  • Safety supervision & mobility support
