The Heart Behind Tourmaline
Tourmaline Home Care is a nurse-led agency founded by Chantell, the Chief Executive Officer. With years of hands-on healthcare experience and deep roots in the local community, Chantell founded Tourmaline with a simple goal: to raise the standard of care inside the home.“I’ve worked in healthcare settings where providers are responsible for many patients at once,” Chantell shares. “In-home care allows us to provide focused, one-on-one support; the kind of attention every person deserves.”Her journey in healthcare began early, working as a Certified Nursing Assistant before advancing her education As a Registered Nurse. For Chantell, caregiving has never felt like just a job it has always felt like purpose.
